This holiday season marks the 5th year that our organization has participated in the "Adopt-A-Family" program, bringing joy and support to those in need. In partnership with the H.E.L.P (Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership) organization, we were able to adopt 66 people across 15 families, providing them with the gifts and assistance they needed to have a happy holiday season.
In addition to adopting these families, we were also able to raise and donate money towards food and supplies for the families. We understand that the holiday season can be a difficult time for those who are struggling financially or who have experienced hardships, and we were grateful for the opportunity to help these families have a memorable and meaningful Christmas.

To celebrate survivors and support those impacted by ovarian cancer, this quarter we joined forces with the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC). We first hosted a virtual event, bringing together our employees from all over the country, to play trivia, enjoy presentations from NOCC, and raise money. Next, we joined NOCC’s annual Together in Teal walk. This was the first walk the NOCC has put together since 2018 (due to Covid restrictions) and we were thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful event. The first ever NOCC walk was also in Arizona in 2010 and the event has continued to grow year after year!

This quarter we took it back to an organization we have worked with in the past, Feed My Starving Children! FMSC is a nonprofit organization empowering volunteers to pack meals for the malnourished in nearly 70 countries, hungry in body and spirit. With most of our team working remote now, we saw this as a great opportunity to gather our colleagues, friends and family members and work together in support of a wonderful cause. Through our donation efforts we were able to cover the costs of 3,200 meals, feeding 8 children for a year! Through our volunteer efforts, we were able to help pack 28,080 meals, feeding 76 children for a year!

With Level 3’s philanthropy mission to help children and families, we focus our efforts on activities that will make a lasting impact. This quarter we have partnered with GiGi’s playhouse, an organization with a mission to change the way the world views Down Syndrome and send a global message of acceptance for all.
World Down syndrome Day is celebrated on March 21st to honor Down Syndrome people who have 3 of their 21st chromosome. We joined the celebration by raising donations to Gigi’s playhouse and asking our employees and community to wear crazy socks, highlighting our differences as individuals.

A YEARLY TRADITION
Every year Level 3 Audiovisual participates in several philanthropic endeavors. One of our favorites is our partnership with the United Food Bank of Eastern Arizona. It’s a favorite because it is tied in with the raffle we host during our annual Christmas party. Employees purchase raffle tickets to win prizes that have been donated by our vendor partners. Our policy is to match all raffle purchases and then donate that money to the United Food Bank. As the popularity of our Christmas raffle has grown, along with an increasing number of employees at Level 3, we have been able to consistently grow the amount we donate on a yearly basis.
