Level 3 Audiovisual Supports 16 Families Through 2025 Adopt-A-Family Program
The holiday season can place additional strain on families already facing financial hardship or housing instability. Increased expenses, limited resources, and colder weather often make this time of year more difficult. At Level 3 Audiovisual, our annual Adopt-A-Family Christmas Philanthropy Event is one way we provide direct, practical support to families in our community during this critical period.
For the seventh consecutive year, we partnered with H.E.L.P. (Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership) to support families in our local community. This year’s effort was our largest to date. In 2025, we adopted 16 families, supporting a total of 90 individuals, and $1,000 in donations raised to help make the holidays brighter for those facing hardship.
Program Execution and Support
The Adopt-A-Family program connects organizations with families who need additional support during the holidays. After being matched with families through H.E.L.P., our team coordinated the purchase of essential items, clothing, and age-appropriate gifts based on each family’s specific needs.
From warm winter clothing and household necessities to toys for children, the items provided addressed real, immediate needs. While the gifts themselves were important, the larger impact came from giving families practical support during a time of year that can be especially difficult.
Employee and Community Participation
This effort was made possible through participation from employees, partners, and donors who contributed time and resources throughout the program. Support came in several forms, including monetary donations, gift purchases, and assistance with organizing and preparing items for delivery.
We appreciate everyone who participated and helped make this year’s program successful. Their contributions directly supported 90 individuals across 16 families.
Thank You to Our Partners
We also thank H.E.L.P. (Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership) for their continued partnership and for connecting us with families who could benefit from this program. Their work plays a critical role in supporting individuals and families facing homelessness and housing instability.
As we look back on this year’s Adopt-A-Family program, we are proud of the scope of support provided and the families reached. We remain committed to continuing this initiative in the years ahead as part of our broader community involvement efforts.
