We are seeing a shift in the way construction projects are being delivered. In many cases a project is not considered complete until a 3rd Party Commissioning Team has verified all deliverables. Especially with today's mission-critical AV Technology, there is simply too much at risk to leave systems unchecked.
This year, we are again offering a Healthcare Simulation Technology Operations Boot Camp. This three-day event provides Simulation Operation Specialists and Simulation Technicians (all levels) a new hands-on training experience. This boot-camp provides you with the skills to enhance your capabilities, educate your colleagues, and define the objectives of simulation within your institution.
Day 1: We will explore the networking community, discuss the educational matrix of the simulation technicians, learn how to monitor your simulation equipment, and discover operational needs with a little hands on fun with moulage.
Day 2: We will dig deep into AV, engineering, and certifications where you can learn to expand your portfolio. We will explore “Thinking Outside of the Box” and developing a “Systems Down” alternative plan. Day 2 would not be complete without a little hands-on project in pneumatics and soldering.
Day 3: We will finish our soldering and pneumatics project and jump right into another hands-on activity in cable termination. We will tour the facility where all the AV is ordered, staged, and distributed for operations within your facility. We will explore your role and responsibilities in Intellectual Property and finish the day showing off your new skills with a capstone debriefing project and certificate ceremony.
The annual Simulation Bootcamp for Healthcare will expand & improve the knowledge of simulation education & operations. We have designed this three day program for all levels of experience, whether you are new to simulation technology, or an expert in the field. Our classes include a diverse group of simulation professionals, to include; physicians, nurses, directors, managers, administrators, sim techs, AV/IT personnel, and ancillary staff
