This Scottsdale resort includes an 85,000 sq. ft. indoor/outdoor waterpark, 30 room hotel and attached conference center. Currently, our team is on site integrated the full system solution for Great Wolf Lodge, in Scottsdale, AZ. This system is comprised with two major systems – Background Music (BGM) and the Conference Center.
The Resorts BGM system is operated from one of six separate owner furnished music sources. Each zone is controlled separately by a touch panel near those sources. The end user will be able to select a separate source and volume for each zone. The public spaces that this system will be integrated into are: Porte Cochere, Lobby, Elevator Lobby, Pre-Function Corridor, Cabanas, Pool, Outdoor Seating, Indoor Water Park, Adventure Park, Adult Areas & Lockers, Cades, Farm to Table Restaurants.
The Resorts Conference Center includes a built-in audio support system featuring microphones, aux-in, and stereo audio wall plate inputs. Audio from these sources will emanate from ceiling speakers. Our team installed a built-in video system that will be providing video sources for two HDMI input plates in each of these three spaces. A ceiling mounted 4K video projector, with a motorized life, and a 265” motorized projection screen in each space, will be the main source for viewing video images. Two of the three spaces have a second projector to support different room configuration. Background music selection for these spaces will also be available. Each zone will be controlled separately by the touch panel in each meeting room. The user will be able to select a separate source and volume for each zone. Conference Center rooms include: Pre-Function Corridor, Boardroom, Conference Rooms, and Breakout rooms.
