Our leaders make time throughout the year to teach certification courses and educational sessions around the world through AVIXA, PSNI, and AQAV. They teach end users, installers, designers, engineers, and anyone working to improve their craft. That passion for continuous learning doesn’t stop when the class ends, it’s woven into how we work with one another, too.

Where the position allows, remote and hybrid flexibility may be available. We understand there’s a whole life happening outside of work: kids, hobbies, aging parents, and the occasional Tuesday that just goes sideways. We value trust, communication, and the quality of the work you deliver. Some weeks are busy, and we won’t pretend otherwise, but we try hard not to make that the default.

Culture is easy to talk about and hard to keep. We've spent three decades working at it deliberately... hiring carefully, paying attention when something feels off, and being willing to make tough calls to protect what we've built. Not every quarter is a great one, and we'd rather tell you about it directly than have you piece it together from rumors. You should always have a clear picture of how the company is doing and why decisions are being made.

And not just your manager, we mean the people at the helm of our company. Our executive leadership team isn’t removed from the day-to-day business. They’re visible, involved, and approachable, whether you have a question, an idea, or a different perspective to share. From the CEO, COO, CFO, and CBO to leaders across the organization, open conversation is encouraged regardless of your role or how long you’ve been here.

Serving others is our way of giving back for the blessings we've received as a company. It might look like food and toy drives, charity 5Ks, packing snack bags, supporting causes brought forward by our employees, or sponsoring a local youth team. Our favorite tradition comes around every holiday season, when we adopt families in need and go all out, gifts, essentials, whatever helps make the season easier for them. It's some of the most rewarding time we spend together all year, and the enthusiasm comes from the team, not a memo

Every other week, our CEO hosts a live, podcast-style session anyone can join. He's usually joined by someone from the team, so you get to know a coworker beyond their job title and you can jump in with questions along the way. It's where wins get shared, news gets passed along, and you keep a pulse on the company between quarterly meetings. Casual, unscripted, and one of those small rituals people look forward to.
