With Simple Conferencing Options

Current trends in the workplace and new technologies in the AV industry have given rise to the collaboration spaces or “huddle rooms”. These spaces share a central feature: ease of sharing information. Another typical feature is the “U” or “horseshoe” style table arrangement that puts users around a small table tied directly to a dedicated display. This allows participants to engage with each other equally as well as they engage with content on screen.

Commercial Display

The Level 3 Audiovisual Simple Huddle Space Solution, includes a 49″ 1080p commercial display, mounted by a tilt display mount.

HDMI Connectors

The Standard Huddle Room Video System is equipped with up to 4 HDMI connections for laptop presentations.

Conference System

The Level 3 Audiovisual Simple Huddle Space Solution, gives you the option between the Polycom RealPresence Trio collaboration kit with Visual+, or the Crestron Mercury Tabletop Conferencing System.

Of course a huddle space needs a table. We give you the option to provide your own table. Or we can install a pre-configured 8′ table, with two HDMI retractors, technology storage for table, and convenient power outlets.

The Details

An 8-foot rounded “bullet” table allows up to 5 people to collaborate on a single 49-inch, high definition display. The table comes in your choice of 50 high quality laminate finishes. Multiple HDMI connections are provided in the integrated cable cubby on the table. Each HDMI connector will have a built-in retractor to easily store wires in the cable compartment. These input connectors allow users to switch between connected laptops on screen for local presentations. The table leg also acts as an equipment storage location to keep the cable cubby connections hidden as well as mount the required AV guts (AKA – where the magic happens).
