Ensuring long term system maintenance and availability is highly valued; SLAs are in place to ensure expectations are being met. After technology deployment, ongoing support and maintenance is a critical focus for our team. Our goal is to be viewed as an extension of your team and culture. We will never leave you with inoperable technology – pinky promise.

60 Seconds

Our technicians and support personnel are trained to pick up or return any call’s in 60 seconds or less.

4 Hours

Our team is required to respond to written service requests within 4 hours of the notification.

48 Hours

After the confirmation of the service appointment time, our onsite technicians will arrive to your site in 48 hours or less.

All pre scheduled maintenance and on call repair for your organization will be managed and scheduled by our dedicated coordinator creating a “one voice, one message” support model.

All contractors utilized will be certified AV professionals and will be required to wear Level 3 Audiovisual apparel providing a consistent representation of Level 3 Audiovisual across any of your locations.
